We process personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, when we handle data of people in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect and why

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after our last reply.
- Freelance applications and CVs: up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together.
- Data linked to a contract: for as long as the contract lasts and the periods required by law afterwards.
Who can see it
Only the Noneo Tech staff who handle your enquiry or application. We use service providers for web hosting and email, who process the data on our behalf. Our website is hosted on servers in the United Kingdom. We will not share a freelance profile with a client without asking you first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy, by writing to info@noneo.tech. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines or, if you are in the European Union, to your data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms reach us as emails in our mailbox, which is also hosted in the United Kingdom; CVs arrive as an attachment to that email and are not stored on the website or published at any public address. We delete them from the mailbox once the periods above have passed.
